• • In exceptional cases, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the reserved service. In such cases, the client will be notified with at least 3 days notice.

• • If the cancellation is by the provider, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule the service based on availability.

Refund Processing

 

• • Once the refund request is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• • The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Policy

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
